No bathrooms in lobby or breakfast area - breakfast area needed to be cleaned- breakfast was not good (fruit was rotten) - room could have been cleaner - bed uncomfortable -location good - no flat screen tv - did have a small micro and refrig in room which was a plus - hotel overall was run down - area was a safe area and staff was very pleasant

Smelled like smoke. Light didn't work in main area. Furniture old and "yard sale" like shabby. TV and microwave plugged into extension cord. Bed not comfortable. Plumbing (toilet) made loud belching noises intermittently. Definitely not worth the $500 for 2 nights. Would not stay here again.

I booked a newly remodeled room with central heating, cable programming, and a microwave oven. The hotel's location was perfect in the main area and very close to attractions like Lenox, Tanglewood, and other venues.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very nice and the staff even kept it open a little longer on the day following the James Taylor concert. I would not hesitate to book this venue again. They let us have a late check out and the pool was clean and refreshing. Stayed July 4 weekend 2016

Nothing not to like.

Conveniently located near Tanglewood Music Center, the Berkshires, and other attractions - it's in a great spot! The breakfast is freshly made and offers a variety of meal options. 🍳

Very run down facility that was highly overpriced. Broken faucet and toilet seat, squeeky door.

Room had everything we needed - cozy central heating, lots of TV channels thanks to cable programming, and even a handy microwave oven for quick snacks! 📺

The overall price of the room was very high considering the condition of the rooms. They were very dingy and had a lingering odor.

The room with a king size bed was great. I loved having central heating, cable programming, and a microwave oven. The location near good restaurants was perfect. The staff were all very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Staff was welcoming. They were able to answer all questions about the area. Rooms were clean and pool was clean. Breakfast had just what we needed for a quick bite.

Something in the room caused a reaction for two of us. I was all stuffed up and another was coughing an couldn't sleep. We did not have the AC on.

The room was quiet and newly renovated, with a comfortable king size bed. Having a shower and hairdryers was a nice bonus. The location is great, close to good restaurants and the Tanglewood Music Center.

The location was close to where we wanted to be. The staff was nice. The place was clean. Definitely less expensive than most other properties around that location.

The bed needs a new mattress as we sunk toward the middle. The clock was broken. The shower head was very low as we are 6' and it only came chest high.
